John Khaira – Founder/Director
John is a founding member and Director at REV. In his role John is involved in the day to day operations of REV and has a primary focus on acquisitions and construction operations.
John brings his 19 years of experiencing leading an international land development and construction organization. In career John has managed projects from land acquisition to rezoning and through to finished product. He has led projects in Vancouver, BC, Seattle WA, and Central Valley, California.
Sukhi Dakha – Founder/Director
Sukhi is a founding member and Director at REV. In his role Sukhi is involved in the day to day operations of REV and has a primary focus on acquisition and investor relations.
Sukhi is an accomplished Technology Executive and Real Estate Developer. In his career he has worked with global organizations and start-up organizations to gain market penetration and success. Over the last 10 years Sukhi has led developments in BC and Alberta. Today Sukhi leverages these skills in helping drive REV to a bright future.
Vikas Kaushal, CPA, CA - Founder/Director
Vikas is a founding member and Director at REV. In his role Vikas is primarily involved in Strategy and the Financial operations.
Vikas runs a successful CPA firm based in British Columbia. His firmed is focused on international and domestic tax planning. Many of advisory services are focused on clients operating in the Multi Family Real Estate industry. This has given him unique insights to strategy and operations which he leverages to ensure success at REV.
Gurdeep Bains - Founder/Director
Gurdeep has a wealth of financial experience across industries including real estate, distribution and financial services.
Past roles include the CFO at OK Tire Stores Inc., Canada’s largest independent tire and auto service retailer, where he created an 800,000 sq ft Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust and raised $34 million in equity and achieved a 100% return in three years for the Unit holders.
Prior to his time at OK Tire, Gurdeep spent 10 years at Canaccord Genuity, where he oversaw M&A transactions totaling over USD$850 million.
